"And they call it puppy love..."

Every morning, I wake up to my two little loves....one has a dark brown, wet, cold nose and the other has a black, wet cold nose.  Often mornings, I will "fake sleep" just to see their reactions.  They know not to bother mommy until mommy is awake (I have them on my schedule).  Then they "jump" into action; tails wagging and an abundance of licks.  I refer to them as my "happiness and sunshine."  They fuel each day for me and start my morning smile....."Man's best friend"...the purest form of love....Smiles....

I also share that experience but always when i get home from work>They meet me at the door, jumping to look out the window, fighting for the best view.. and then it is impossible to get through the door,, jumping,, wagging, howling hello, and then we go to my bedroom,,, now the fun begins,,we three get on the bed and pure bedlum. all fun,, cold noses,, wet tongues,,, theirs not mine, and 20 minutes of wrestling and jumping around... i look forward to it every day...wilson and zoey,,,, unrequited love.....

  2. Thank you for "CHER"ing such a beautiful love story....my heart is feeling both happiness and sadness....I can close my eyes and see the visual of the silly antics going on with you, Wilson and Zoey....
Happy for the playfulness, of course....
Sad because it reminds me of my beloved KodyBear who I lost 2 years ago this past July....there was NEVER another boy like him! He would free dive under the water, in my pool, just to get his frisbee...eyes wide open in search!
Kiss those babies, from me, and again, thank you for the beautiful love story....my heart is smiling!

  4. Thanks for "CHER"ing "your" baby girl, Grace, with us....I have a Goldendoodle (Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle Mix) named Wrigley. We named her after the Chicago Cubs Park. She is "my" baby girl....We are having a "love affair..." I also have a mischievous Standard Poodle, named Taz, who is two. Wrigs is six. Funny, Taz (named after the Tasmanian Devil) truly lives up to his name. I often wonder if we had named him "mellow."....LOL....

  5. Laughing..good afternoon gorgeous...I love the name of all of your puppers..so sweet. I cannot imagin a life without our Gracie...but it took us so long to actually say yes to her. She was living with a family who didnt have time to care for her properly and just didnt have the space for her anymore. The children were young...ect. So, we got her as an older dog..and are thankful for all the love we get from her. Enjoy your week. Looking forward to reading your blogs..gonna go write in mine now...talk to you soon Kimmie*

  6. I love the name Gracie....actually just saying the name brings a smile to my face. Perhaps, because of the word, "Grace." Everyday, I pull a beautiful "Grace Card" for myself and the messages just always make me smile...You did a beautiful thing by taking your Gracie....
My little devil, Taz, is truly regressing...I am actually contemplating putting the crate back in the house. He will be the oldest and the largest monster to be crated while his mommy is away. He is "crusin for a brusin..." but I love him so. How old is your baby girl? Licks to Gracie from Wrigs and taz...
